Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
- Service-Based Refunds:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if you are dissatisfied with the service or if we fail to deliver services as promised. - Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be raised within 15 days of service delivery or project milestone submission.
- We reserve the right to assess the validity of the refund request based on the work completed.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- Services already rendered as per the scope agreed.
- Custom development, consulting hours, or digital deliverables once shared.
- Delays or dissatisfaction due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed communication, non-provision of required assets).
- Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days via the original method of payment.
